Hi JF--

Well, it depends on if you're on a Mac or Windows, now that Poladroid supports Windows. For the Mac, which is what I use, here's how:

In Lightroom, select File > Export
Scroll to the bottom of the main panel to the "Post-Processing" section.
From the "After Export" popup menu, select "Go to Export Actions Folder Now"
Now open a new window from the Finder's File menu.
Arrange it so that the Export Actions folder in the other window is visible.
Right-click (or Control-click) Poladroid in its directory (e.g. the Applications folder) and select Make Alias
Drag that alias to the Export Actions folder
From then on, any time you choose the "After Export:" popup, "Poladroid alias" will be there. You can open the Export Actions folder and rename the alias to just "Poladroid" if you want and then that's what it will say in the popup.

Hope that helps!

can you give me an exact description of how to "put an alias to Poladroid in the Lightroom Export Actions folder"? I really don´t know how to do it and I would love to use this little program in Lightroom.

Thanks in advance!!

Ugh, don't remind me. I am SO sad about that. Somebody's got to pick it up, some third party. they just GOTTA!

There's no way simulating a Polaroid on the computer is going to get the same results as pointing that thing at yourself or whatever.

And in case you're wondering: Yes, Poladroid makes the little Bzzzzt sound.
